FEATURES
The theme of the exhibition – "The Beauty of Russia" – is artistic images of the splendor of the natural, architectural and cultural plan
Russia is a unique country, uniting in its vast territory many cultures of different ethnic groups with a rich heritage of traditions and rites. But there are holidays, such as the New Year’s Eve - which the whole country is celebrating simultaneously. And in every region people wait for a miracle, decorate the New Year tree, hide gifts for their family members under it and make wishes.
In our multi-ethnic country, the New Year for all is the same, but the tradition of meeting the New Year each culture is different for each culture. That'd what our project is about - how this holiday is celebrated in different regions.
This exhibition is a pictorial story about the geographical diversity of landscapes of Russia, with still lifes with New Year’s attributes and compositional plots on a festive theme, where all the works are created in the ethnic style of a specific region. This is an artistic presentation of the idea of unity and diversity of one of the most favorite Russian holidays.

Register your works (via the registration form on this website), until May 9, 2024 inclusive.

Pay the entry fee. All works are placed at the exhibition site, on the website and in the catalog
